My work seeks to investigate the physicality of materials and objects through a largely intuitive exploration. It speaks gently about contrast and tension of matter through fundamental elements of structure, texture, space and light. There is a juxtaposition of hard with soft, light with dark and open with closed. Such unions allude to qualities of masculine and feminine. Forms relate yet work in a strange opposition.
